That is not a Hijab.
In the first picture, Hillary is not wearing a "Hijab". It is called a Gabi. The photo was taken when she was in Eritrea in 1997. It's looks like "Islamic" clothes but it is worn by Eritrean and Ethiopian Christians is those countries. Here is another picture of her wearing it.
