On March 31, 2008, at 18:00GMT, we'll check which entry, submitted during the month of March, got the highest number of points. The person who submitted that entry will win US$100.

Rules:
Entry
1. Links and stories entered on or before 18:00GMT March 31, 2008 will qualify for the competition
2. You must be registered to enter the competition.
3. You must be 18 years old or older to enter the competition.
4. Entry is free.
Winner
1. The person who submitted the link or story that has received the highest number of points as of 188:00GMT March 31, 2008, will be declared the winner.
2. In case of a tie, the competition, the post that was earlier will be considered as the winning entry.
3. The winner will be announced on April 1, 2008.
4. The winner will receive the prize money, via Paypal, on or before April 15, 2008
General
1. The following actions will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Submitting objectionable material including obscene, illegal or spam material
- Vote fraud.
- Spamming links to the entry in order to attract votes.
- For stories, link jacking and copyright infringement.
2. The winner will be paid via Paypal. Other forms of payment are not possible at the moment. Paypal will charge you a certain amount for receiving the money.
3. The decision of the Presscue administrators will be final.
4. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
5. The competition is not open to employees and contractors of Presscue.
6. Presscue administrators reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
7. Presscue will not pass on your personal details to a third without unless legally required to do so.
8. This competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
9. Presscue administrators reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or entrant from this competition for violating any of these rules or compromising the integrity of this competition.
